I saw the blog and it looked okay, so I went there after making a reservation. To start with the conclusion, the sauce emphasized too much sourness from the beginning to the end, so it didn't suit my couple's taste at all. It's kind of like stomach acid, but it's kind of like throwing up.It was very disgusting towards the end.

Rather than focusing on the original meaning of Omakase, I thought that every plate of this house was a house that made me make sure to order alcohol. Was it made to rinse your mouth with alcohol? That's what I thought. It was a time of pain for our couple, who do not drink alcohol when they go to Omakase and focus solely on sushi.

I was embarrassed because it was a very unique restaurant, not thinking about sushi omakase that we knew. The sauce that comes out repeatedly was rather a composition that undermined the original taste of sashimi.

I thought the sushi omakase that I went to in Cheongdam or Gangnam was better in terms of composition and price. I bought drinks and ice cream on the way out, but I still remember having a hard time because of the sour taste.

And there was also a non-mannered problem in the service area (Chef brought his child to the next table and neglected him playing games loudly -- is this a private omakase?) So I wondered if this was the right place to eat because I paid more than 40,000 yen.

This house can be very divided into likes and dislikes, so I'm writing a few letters for those who go there to refer to it. It was the first time I missed Wasabi.

블로그를 보고 괜찮아보여서 예약후 다녀온 사람입니다. 결론부터 이야기하자면 처음부터 끝까지 너무 새콤함만을 강조한 소스 위주라 저희부부 입맛에는 전혀 맞지 않더라고요. 위산같은 느낌이라 이런 말 좀 그렇지만 꼭 토한 뒤(?)의 느낌이랄까요...마지막쯤에는 굉장히 역했습니다.

오마카세 본연의 의미에 집중하기보다는 이 집의 모든 접시가 술을 반드시 시키도록 만드는 집이라는 생각이 들었어요. 술로 입을 헹구라고 이렇게 만든 건가? 라는 생각이 들었습니다. 오마카세 갈 때 술은 마시지 않고 오롯이 스시에 집중하는 우리 부부에게는 고통의 시간이었습니다.

우리가 알던 스시 오마카세를 생각하고 가면 안 되고 매우 개성이 강한 집이라 당황했어요. 반복해서 나오는 소스는 오히려 회 본래의 맛을 해치는 구성이 아닌가 싶을 정도였습니다.

먹고 나오면서 청담이나 강남에서 갔던 스시 오마카세가 구성이나 가격면에서 더 훌륭했다고 생각했어요. 나오는 길에 음료도 사먹고 아이스크림도 먹었는데도 신맛이 계속 올라와서 힘들었던 기억이 있네요...

그리고 접객 부분에서도 비매너스러운 문제가 있어서(본인 아이를 옆 테이블에 데려와서 시끄럽게 게임하는데도 방치함 ㅡㅡ 이게 프라이빗한 오마카세가 맞나요?) 과연 여기가 40000엔 넘게 주고 와서 먹을 곳이 맞나, 라고 생각했어요.

이 집은 매우 호불호가 갈릴 수 있으니 가시는 분들이 참고하셨음 해서 몇 자 적어봅니다. 와사비가...

東京をはじめ、各地で有名な寿司を味わってきましたが、今回は昼食で24,000円の寿司を楽しんできました。接待でお客様をお連れするには、昼食よりも夕食のディナーコースがより適していると感じました。

大将が握る寿司は全体的にとても美味しく、満足できるものでした。ただ、ネタの種類がもう少し多様であれば、より楽しめたのではないかという惜しい部分もありました。また、大将は宮崎の有名な寿司店での経験があり、日本の寿司文化を海外に広めたいという想いから、寿司大学も運営していることを知りました。

料金に関しては少し高額と感じるかもしれませんが、寿司はその値段で判断できるものではないと考えています。大将の心と真心が込められた寿司にこそ、真の味が宿るものだと思います。高いと感じる方もいれば、満足して気分よくお店を後にする方もいらっしゃるでしょう。ですので、価格に対して一概に高い・安いを決めることはいたしません。ぜひ一度味わってみたいという方には、おすすめいたします。

I just had a lunch omakase. It was very delicious. The flavors of all the dishes were so well-balanced. I was pleasantly surprised by the unagi roll.

I am surprised by some of the negative comments here, which I don’t think do justice to the owner. The owner was really nice and friendly. Together with the delicious dishes, I do think they very well deserve five-star ratings.

I will come back again if I visit...

Although the rice was a bit cold and dry (Al dente lol) the taste of the sushi were all surprisingly good! Maybe it was due to the matching temperature? You can feel all materials were carefully prepared beforehand. It was among the best sushi experience i had for 2023. The marinated lobster was a highlight, and didn't take pictures of the sushi as i was busy eating them. Will definitely come back next time i visit the town.

I was embarrassed because it was a very unique restaurant, not thinking about sushi omakase that we knew. The sauce that comes out repeatedly was rather a composition that undermined the original taste of sashimi. I thought the sushi omakase that I went to in Cheongdam or Gangnam was better in terms of composition and price. I bought drinks and ice cream on the way out, but I still remember having a hard time because of the sour taste. And there was also a non-mannered problem in the service area (Chef brought his child to the next table and neglected him playing games loudly -- is this a private omakase?) So I wondered if this was the right place to eat because I paid more than 40,000 yen. This house can be very divided into likes and dislikes, so I'm writing a few letters for those who go there to refer to it. It was the first time I missed Wasabi. 블로그를 보고 괜찮아보여서 예약후 다녀온 사람입니다. 결론부터 이야기하자면 처음부터 끝까지 너무 새콤함만을 강조한 소스 위주라 저희부부 입맛에는 전혀 맞지 않더라고요. 위산같은 느낌이라 이런 말 좀 그렇지만 꼭 토한 뒤(?)의 느낌이랄까요...마지막쯤에는 굉장히 역했습니다. 오마카세 본연의 의미에 집중하기보다는 이 집의 모든 접시가 술을 반드시 시키도록 만드는 집이라는 생각이 들었어요. 술로 입을 헹구라고 이렇게 만든 건가? 라는 생각이 들었습니다. 오마카세 갈 때 술은 마시지 않고 오롯이 스시에 집중하는 우리 부부에게는 고통의 시간이었습니다. 우리가 알던 스시 오마카세를 생각하고 가면 안 되고 매우 개성이 강한 집이라 당황했어요. 반복해서 나오는 소스는 오히려 회 본래의 맛을 해치는 구성이 아닌가 싶을 정도였습니다. 먹고 나오면서 청담이나 강남에서 갔던 스시 오마카세가 구성이나 가격면에서 더 훌륭했다고 생각했어요. 나오는 길에 음료도 사먹고 아이스크림도 먹었는데도 신맛이 계속 올라와서 힘들었던 기억이 있네요... 그리고 접객 부분에서도 비매너스러운 문제가 있어서(본인 아이를 옆 테이블에 데려와서 시끄럽게 게임하는데도 방치함 ㅡㅡ 이게 프라이빗한 오마카세가 맞나요?) 과연 여기가 40000엔 넘게 주고 와서 먹을 곳이 맞나, 라고 생각했어요. 이 집은 매우 호불호가 갈릴 수 있으니 가시는 분들이 참고하셨음 해서 몇 자 적어봅니다. 와사비가 그리웠던 건 또 처음이었네요.

東京をはじめ、各地で有名な寿司を味わってきましたが、今回は昼食で24,000円の寿司を楽しんできました。接待でお客様をお連れするには、昼食よりも夕食のディナーコースがより適していると感じました。 大将が握る寿司は全体的にとても美味しく、満足できるものでした。ただ、ネタの種類がもう少し多様であれば、より楽しめたのではないかという惜しい部分もありました。また、大将は宮崎の有名な寿司店での経験があり、日本の寿司文化を海外に広めたいという想いから、寿司大学も運営していることを知りました。 料金に関しては少し高額と感じるかもしれませんが、寿司はその値段で判断できるものではないと考えています。大将の心と真心が込められた寿司にこそ、真の味が宿るものだと思います。高いと感じる方もいれば、満足して気分よくお店を後にする方もいらっしゃるでしょう。ですので、価格に対して一概に高い・安いを決めることはいたしません。ぜひ一度味わってみたいという方には、おすすめいたします。 도쿄를 비롯한 여러 지역에서 유명한 스시를 맛보아 왔습니다. 이번에는 점심 메뉴로 24,000엔의 스시를 경험해 보았습니다. 손님들과 함께하는 접대 자리로는 점심보다는 저녁 디너 메뉴가 더 적합하다는 생각이 들었습니다. 스시를 준비해 주시는 大将의 스시는 전반적으로 훌륭한 맛을 자랑했습니다. 다만, 스시 네타(재료)가 조금 더 다양했으면 좋겠다는 아쉬움이 남았습니다. 大将이 미야자키의 유명한 스시점 출신으로, 일본 스시 문화를 해외에 알리고자 하는 마음으로 스시 대학을 함께 운영하고 있다는 이야기도 들었습니다. 혹시 금액에 대해 기대가 크실 수 있지만, 스시는 단순히 가격으로 판단할 수 있는 것이 아니라고 생각합니다. 大将의 정성과 마음이 담겨야 진정한 맛이 나오기에, 사람마다 비싸다고 느낄 수도 있고, 반대로 만족감을 느끼고 기분 좋게 돌아갈 수도 있습니다. 따라서, 가격에 대한 정의를 내리기보다는 스시를 직접 경험해 보고 싶으신 분들에게는 한 번 드셔보시기를 추천드립니다. I have had the opportunity to taste renowned sushi from various regions, including Tokyo. Recently, I experienced a sushi lunch priced at 24,000 yen. I felt that for hosting guests, a dinner menu might be more suitable than a lunch setting. The sushi crafted by the chef (大将) was impressive overall, boasting wonderful flavors. However, I did feel a slight desire for a bit more variety in the sushi toppings (neta). I also learned that the chef is from a famous sushi restaurant in Miyazaki and operates a sushi school with the aim of sharing Japanese sushi culture abroad. While some may have high expectations regarding the price, I believe sushi cannot be evaluated solely based on its cost. The true essence of its flavor lies in the care and dedication of the chef, which may lead some to find it expensive, while others may leave feeling satisfied and pleased. Therefore, rather than defining it by its price, I would recommend that those interested in experiencing sushi firsthand give it a try.

Although the rice was a bit cold and dry (Al dente lol) the taste of the sushi were all surprisingly good! Maybe it was due to the matching temperature? You can feel all materials were carefully prepared beforehand. It was among the best sushi experience i had for 2023. The marinated lobster was a highlight, and didn't take pictures of the sushi as i was busy eating them. Will definitely come back next time i visit the town.
