Tsukijisushisen Nishinakasuten — Restaurant in Fukuoka

Worst place ive ever been to in japan im not even exaggerating its not even close. The pic attached that looks like beef sushi is actually sea urchin, that is the worst looking sea urchin ive ever seen in my life. We asked about it and the waiter/chef/whoever it was just kept spamming 'daijoubu' as in 'it is okay' to eat. Like come on.

Needless to say the food is pretty bad.

The customer service is even worse. You can see just how hateful they are towards non-locals. Theres no point to go there as a tourist.

Only visit if you are a local....

Really poor quality, service and price in comparison to other places. Sushi's are overpriced, they pre grill the grilled sushi which makes them arrived cold and without flavour to the table. They are much more expensive than other places (including the drinks) and we were not greeted when arriving and leaving the restaurant. We decided to go there because of the rating without checking that there was no review from japanese local. Obviously a tourist trap. Don t go there if...

The sashimi was excellent but too expensive. We ordered a gorgeous platter and I have never tried so many types of sashimi, some really delicious. There was only one I didn't like, the Abalon, not only it was alive, but it was too hard and tasting like sea, similar than an oyster.
