Had an incredible time here, I travelled from Bali and this gem was recommended by a local friend, and it did not disappoint :) Who says dessert can’t be paired with wine? This place proves otherwise 🍷 After Izakaya night with our friend group we came here for desserts & drinks! The chef-owner was incredibly knowledgeable and warmly welcoming—made us feel right at home. we ordered : - Blue cheese ice cream: Soft, creamy, subtly sweet from honey, with a kick of cracked black pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. I asked the chef / sommelier to paired it with something that the'd recommended and a peppery red wine was the answer! so spot on! - Chocolate terrine: Beautifully acidic in the best way, Imagine pairing it with a full-bodied red wine with great mouthfeel. It was a match made in heaven. Truly one of those places where you can feel the passion behind the plate and the pour! I'll definitely come back here again to try their full menu at some point :)
