Yaoki — Restaurant in Fukuoka

I went for dinner on a Friday with reservation but it was not that much crowded since it was the day before a holiday and everyone a lot of people run away from the city. I would still recommend to try to make reservation of you know in advance tou will como since it is not a big place.

The owners are very friendly and service is good. They have normal menu and different courses (including fugu course when in season. All courses need to be booked in advanced). We choose individual plates and got a mixed of really fresh sashimi and tempura, nasu miso meat gratin (it was a whole aubergine!) and two big salmon onigiris plus 3 drinks each. It is seriously one of the best tempuras I’ve had in my 10 years here, airy, light and crunchy.

Great quality price ratio (about 3000-3500 yen per person). Menu seems also to change depending on seasonal ingredients since the waitress apart from the normal menu gave us a separate page with the day’s specialties (we order from there).

初来店でした 料理 美味しかったです 住んでる近くにあると嬉しいお店です 料理は ・刺し盛り1人前から注文でき 刺身以外に焼きナスなど入っており嬉しいですね ・カナトフグの唐揚げ 揚げる前に下味を付けるので初めに頼むのをおすすめします ・つくしの旨煮 僕はもう少しえぐみがあるほうがすきです みんなが食べれるようにだとこの味になると思います ・ご飯セット 柔らかめのご飯で美味しいです

日本酒＆焼酎は 激安の600円均一に近く ビックリです

お話の中に 耶馬美人(焼酎で米と麦があります) の話題になり注文 今回は両方頼みました 美味しかったです

大将は口が悪いが面白く優しい方で それを支える奥さんがもっと素敵な方でした 美味しかったです

また福岡に来た際はうかがいます

お値段はリーズナブル(←もちろんチェーン居酒屋さんよりはお高いですが、お料理のクオリティを考えると全くお高くない！)で、ひと手間かかった、しっかりしたお料理がいただけるお店です。 初見で伺い、刺し盛りと天婦羅盛り、あとはおつまみをお願いしましたが、刺し盛りはお魚がいいだけではなく、盛り込みの質が高い！ 普通は大根がツマになってることが多いですが、こちらは季節の新玉ねぎのスライスやシャキシャキのワカメ、青菜の茹でたのや焼き茄子(←焦げの具合が丁度良くて、絶品！)、プチトマトなど、ツマだけで飲めそうなラインナップ。 あと橙も添えてあって、コチのお刺身に絞ってみたら、こちらも絶品。 これが1,580円は、参りました。。。 天婦羅盛りも、たっぷりのキビナゴ天をメインに、タラの芽、カボチャ、シシトウ、新玉ねぎが盛り込まれてて、どれもうまうま！ 私は特にふわふわ、臭みゼロのキビナゴ天が好きでした。 福岡に海鮮が有名なお店はあまたありますが、久しぶりにノックアウト。 ま...
