飛騨牛茶寮 神月 STEAK KANGETSU — Restaurant in Gero

Atmosphere was wonderful. Entrance was a small walkway into a neat landscaped garden with the sound of Gero water cascading lightly. Had the lunch set. Seating was comfortable and each private room with Japanese modern decor. Of course, the most important thing was the Hida Beef set course. Artistically presented and each dish with the perfect seasoning, taste, and texture. When the beef arrived.. yummy. Each piece was a respectable slice of marbled Hida Beef. Right sized cut for personal grilling. The hot plate was adjusted to a right temperature ensureing a controlled relaxed slef grilling, you still do need to watch it. A4 Hida Beef was served with the set, you could order A5. But A4 was sufficient and wonderful for the group. As the day before we had so much Hida beef Shaubu and Yakiniku meal the group did not want to over eat. Surprisingly it was a perfect pairing of accompanied items. I’m writing this in English hoping many foreign tourists will visit here Gero near the future again. Surprisingly not only excellent quality beef but also other dishes including the desserts are outstanding, such a high quality course. I had one of dinner courses (10000 yen dinner course).
