Genuinely great pizza, lovely chewy texture and delicious mushroom taste. Fujiyama prosciutto from the region was a novelty but nowhere as soft as genuine jamon. Fast service.

Great selection of local beer, try Grapee on draft from Beer Again Brewing just up the road in Gotemba, or Baird Brewing (Japan).

Ahijo (prawns in olive oil with bread) were fine but oil not really infused with prawn flavour. Seats all at bar or side by side at the window: suggest adding chairs with tall backs or sofas for better relaxation...
