Poor service. When we arrived around 2100, they asked us to leave, stating that it would take "60" minutes to prepare the food. However, we noticed that two local customers were able to enter and sit without any issues at the same time when we discussing with the local staff. Despite facing difficulties, we were eventually able to have a meal with the help of Google Translate and a lot of effort (around15 min of "communication"). It seems that they may not be welcoming towards foreign visitors.

We spent the night in Gotemba before hiking up Mount Fuji and came across this restaurant. Some skewers were served nice and hot but some were dry and overcooked. Their rice soup was really good though. Staff was very nice.
