Best service, nice dinner room and that’s all. We had dinner last night with totally disappointed, 15000 yen course come with 4 pieces raw fish, a piece of sushi, a deep fried scallop and duck soup very hard to eat after boiling, rice with salmon roe, a baby abalone.
Why I pay for 15000 yen for those? It’s Hokkaido, at least you prepare a bit of crab or wagyu beef!
The taste is very average, as average as any street sushi restaurant over here. Nothing special and no innovation at all. It’s a place to make one time money from tourist, I won’t visit again and won’t recommend to any one !

With that said, everything was delicious and the service was impeccable, but in comparison to our "hotel kaiseki" we'd choose the hotel over this...

The food is exceptional, especially the hair crab, which was incredibly fresh and delicious. What truly stood out to us was the kindness of the staff. They helped us call a taxi and even assisted with overcoming language barriers with the driver.
Our group of four felt incredibly welcomed and warm during our winter visit to Hakodate. I highly recommend this place – the food, the setting, and the service are all more than...
