Dinner with my wife at this restaurant. Staff are very nice. Environment is great with light music. Tofu and duck are good, hot soba is delicious too. Tampura is great as well. Really enjoy the meal here.

箱根に行く用事があったのでお昼でしたが予約しました。 当日は予約満席になっていて結構お断りされていたので、行かれるなら予約必須です。 店主さんワンオペのようですが、人数に余裕を持って予約のお客さんで回している感じで待たされることはありませんでした。 2名でお伺いし単品で鱒の燻製と鴨ロースとそば2種注文しました。 はじめにお通しで餡のかかった手造り豆腐がでてきてそれを頂きながら待ちます。 おとうふも餡もおいしくて期待が高まります。 そして鱒の燻製。想像と違ったレア感でしたが、身が厚く脂ものっててほんとうにおいしい！ まず醤油とわさびで頂き、その後自家製ドレッシングでカルパッチョ風で頂きました。 燻製を堪能した頃に鴨ロースが供されます。こちらも身が厚くて食べごたえ抜群。上品な味です。 食べ終える頃にちょうどそばが供されました。温かい湯葉蕎麦は湯葉がたくさん入っていて関西風の優しいお出汁で癒やされます。そばも蕎麦湯も香り良くおいしく頂きました。 お料理のタイミングも抜群で、お味もとてもおいしく、お店の中もゆったりとしていてすばらしいお店でした。箱根に来たらまた来たいと思いました。ホントにおすすめです。

Extraordinary. Each dish was delicious and artfully crafted, served in beautiful dishes. Though I will only be in Haneda for one night, I would definitely come here again given the opportunity. There is a translated menu and each course is served separately (note that there is some time between the courses, so plan to spend about an hour there) if you order the set. Highly recommend anyone who appreciates traditional Japanese cuisine to visit...

The reviews don't lie, it's really another level of soba. There are a few soba that they can do vegan although if they're super busy I'm not sure they can manage it. If you get hot soba it's a soup -- do not drink the soup, it's for flavoring and ultra salty! Oh and the tofu is insanely good! 5 of us were...
