The food was very good. This establishment been open since 1961. They know how to serve up a bowl of Ramen. The tables you sit at are the size of my desk in first grade in the USA. Dont come to be comfortable but to enjoy the food. Very reasonably...

If you're ever at Hakone, you must stop by this local-favorite ramen place where you get a great ramen soup with a side of pork on rice for a great price on lunch. Warm service by a very nice old lady. Ate here after my rental GTR mountain drive. Much...

13時過ぎに行ったら喜多方ちぢれ麺が売り切れ！ストレートたまご麺(細麺)しかないって事で塩ラーメンを初めて食べました。なんと！細麺と塩味のスープがベストマッチ予想以上のおいしさでした。 金時山の麓。なぜ箱根で喜多方ラーメン？と思い未訪問。喜多方の理由は「あべ食堂」と「まこと食堂」の姉妹店だと…地元にもかかわらず、喜多方の姉妹店への訪問が先になっていました。いずれも喜多方の有名店ですが、蔵一は如何に？ ランチのミニソースカツ丼付きの醤油ラーメンを注文。いきなりオーダーミスでラーメンだけ来ました？麺は独特のビロビロ麺で好みです。小田原ビロビロ麺より太く腰のある縮れ麺です。シナチクとチャーシューは本場より厚くて美味しい。ポイントはスープ。やはり本場の味に近い！最初はちょうど良い感じでしたが食べ進めるとしょっぱさを強く感じ、お水が進みます。(本場の姉妹店はもっと塩辛いです。特にあべ食堂)金時山登山後の塩分補給には最適かと(笑)。セットの東北名物ソースカツ丼はケチャップ煮に近く美味しいけれど次回は好物の...
