Incredibly inconspicuous place (but you can keep your shoes on), with incredible wagyu beef bowls that you order using card through a QR code. One guy who is both server and chef, incredibly polite service to complement the incredible food. Would recommend. Had both the premium bowl and waygu bowl, hard to choose a favourite. Both options come with rice, a small side of kimchi, ginger and miso and optional sake additionally. Looks like takeaway is...

Hakuba hidden gem! This is the best sukiyaki don in Japan. Premium shinshu beef that you can taste with each bite. They cook it right infornt of you and everything is so carefully made with intention. It was so good that my sister and I went back the next day just to have it again! The atmosphere is so cozy and after a long day of skiing it...

Not sure how this place deserves 5 stars. The large wagyu bowl (¥3900) lacked flavour, the beef slices were dry and there was no egg yolk or any other accompanying sauce.

My friends had the large premium bowl (¥6200) and this was also surprisingly unremarkable.
