Cute little place to grab a bowl of ramen!
After a long day of riding I was hungry, cold and exhausted. Got here at the innkeeper's recommendation. It's a cute little shop ran by a nice family. I ordered a bowl of pork roasted soya ramen, there are 4 different soup base to choose from and 4 different type of topping. The ramen was fresh of course and raw, so it was cooked fresh in front of you in the open kitchen. Very cheap especially compared to the completely over priced western restaurants in Echoland. A cozy, cheap and delicious Japanese meal for when you get sick of the over crowded, tourist filled, western pub scene down...
Read moreIt’s a large room devoid of much decor or “atmosphere” but the staff are friendly and attentive. We had the miso and spicy miso ramen & it wasn’t the greatest I’ve ever eaten but it was hot foot on a cold and rainy day that we didn’t have to wait long for. Order through the self service machine. Plenty of hangers for snow jackets. The chef doesn’t seem to pay much attention to detail or the placement of the ingredients and the pork was...
