Overall great brewery, probably my favorite beer brewery in Japan that we tried. Firstly, the beer is superb here, especially if a you're a wheat or fruit based beer fan. Its really comparable to Sea Dogs brewery in the states if you're looking for a similar taste. Nevertheless, coming from one of the most popular micro-brewery spots in the states, this bar held its own and definitely blew a lot of the microbreweries out of the water that I've been to. Read moreThe restaurant is on the third floor of a crazy busy street and in a modern structure. It has great idea views, including if the Tori on the side. The decor is modern and plain. The service is fantastic, very professional and they speak excellent English, not that it matters. The menu though is not very inspiring. I had grilled oysters, which were good, but I like raw oysters. Also had chorizo, jalapeno and cheese, which was really bad. The chorizo was mini hot dogs and the cheese was melted at the plate. food was delicious and the beer was refreshing, but in conclusion, an excellent location to chill and enjoy the slowness of the island. This restaurant is only a short five-minute walk from the ferry terminal and about three-minute walk to the famous Itsukushima Floating Torii Gate.
