My last visit was in 2020 pre-Covid and here again 2 years later. There’s so much to eat in Miyajima that I would choose to walk and eat along the way instead of seated in a oyster restaurant. This is one of my go-to after trying restaurant and kiosk. Love the cheese version though I wish they can undercook it a little … delicious, eat and move on . More than just grilled oyster, the seller offer different menu by adding other ingredients like bacon, cheese, soy sauce, and so on.
