With a French name for a kaseiki that mixes Italian and Japanese food, of course you got me interested. We arrived with my parents at 2pm so the displayed closing time for lunch service. Though we got a table and people were happy to serve us food. There was no other customer so it was a nice and intimate experience. The interior of the restaurant is very pretty and looks like a big and cute countryside Japanese house. You could almost think they do bed and breakfast but no it is only a restaurant. All the tables are made the same with white covers. The decoration is a bit tacky though very traditional. The food is served at a good pace, the service is very discreet and not pushy. They leave you alone and still are not too far if you need anything. They pass jazz music at a very reasonable volume so you can hear yourself think looking at their gorgeous and peaceful zen garden, or have a meaningful conversation with your parents/friends. There are 2 different menus with some options to choose for the pasta, the meat or fish and the desserts. That is indeed quite a limited choice but that also shows that everything is daily fresh. The people were very nice and attentive with us. We had the best time and a great late lunch. I fo recommend this place if you are around and about on...

Read moreFantastic!!!!! We have a mixed vegetarian and meat eater family, and both were catered to fantastically!!!! It is a course dinner and each meal was better than the last. There is one waiter who speaks very good English, make sure to talk to her to confirm the vegetarian course option. It also is only open for lunch without a reservation so make sure to book for dinner! Very filling and delicious, the matcha tiramisu was amazing!!! The chef came out at the end to thank us for coming, he was lovely. Can’t recommend this place enough!...
