When in Hiroshima - as the saying goes… well it doesn’t but it should - visit Graffity. Great food (5/5), great drinks (5/5), great vibe (5/5), great staff (5/5). We visited the place twice for dinner and once for lunch in three days, so it is kinda obvious that we loved this place. Ordered tacos, burrito, nachos, quesadilla, beer, sangria and they all were lovely (not at the same time of course because for two people that is just physically not freaking possible). They have their own homemade salsa that I found to be especially delicious! I am bad (wow understatement of the century here) at poetry but I feel like even I could find the words to write an ode to the food they make&serve here. The establishment itself has great ambience, I found the walls (decorated with signatures and visiting dates, countries and flags) quite charming; even the music fits the vibe. Anyone could tell that a lot of effort went into creating this atmosphere. It shows and it can be felt as well. The staff were absolutely wonderful as well: very accommodating, very kind and attentive, spoke English very well. The chef was like a master magician making superb food, and the owner was super kind and friendly, the waitresses were very kind and helpful whenever we had questions and they had mind reading superpowers to know when we needed something. Truly the epitome of hospitality. Even with a gun to my head I could not say (or in this case write) a bad thing about this restaurant. Location: easy to reach either by taking the elevator or by taking the steps to the fourth floor. (Going down though I recommend the elevator as you will be too full to walk properly). The place is equipped with AC as well, so do not be alarmed by the concept of eating spicy food. By the way: “too spicy” is not an issue in my opinion; they do have spice in their food but not to the level of “hot”. They do however have their own fresh hot sauce which is a must try!!! Not too hot, not too tomatoey (is this even a word? Not a native speaker sorry. But. You all know how tomato can carry the taste into a whole new direction despite our very best efforts.) Overall great taste and texture, and great on and with all their foods. Over the course of three meals I might have developed a slight obsession with it. Sorry for this long review, I intended it to be a lot shorter. When reading it I tried to shorten it, leave (unnecessary) parts of it out, but I just couldn’t. Portions: you shall not go hungry. P.s.: when in Hiroshima visit...
Read moreSo I was here on a tour back in Mar/Apr of 2024, and the tour got in very late. If it weren't for the fact I was still on crutches, crutched here, most places were shut down, and I was starving and my order was almost ready – I would have hobbled out. The sauces were spot on (after all the owner was back and forth between San Diego and Japan growing up) reminiscent of Socal hot sauce, but the burrito, rice, and other food was very bland and not "Mexican" at all except in name (I was surprised they had even PBR). I know at the time, I only knew a few words in Japanese, and my pronunciation was not the best, but I did ask in Japanese where the bathroom was. The cook, the brother of the owner, stated "Your Japanese is absolutely terrible; it's right over there," and pointed towards the restroom. Unlike other tourists, I was making the conscious effort to learn the language, customs, etc – but this, THIS blatant insult left me absolutely disgusted; I would have left if not for the aforementioned reasons of difficulty walking, starving, late, other places shutdown, etc. (On a side note, a lot of the memorabilia is very reminiscent of southern California politics – I get you were raised partially in the USA, but leave the politics back in the USA, they don't belong in Hiroshima while people are trying to escape reality for awhile and partake in another country's culture, customs, and traditions). I would not recommend unless you are an Ethiopian looking for a fun night out...

The staff are incredibly friendly and do an outstanding job of making every guest feel welcome. Their warm and approachable manner contributes to the laid-back atmosphere, making this restaurant a perfect spot to unwind.
A particularly thoughtful touch is how they handle any potential delays in food preparation—if a dish takes a little longer, they let you know in advance and serve complimentary Tortilla Chips with sauces to tide you over. It’s these small gestures that make all the difference.
This is the kind of place you’ll want to return to again and again. Highly recommended for anyone craving authentic Mexican flavors in a...
