Tiny, but great place with delicious Hiroshima spicy noodles! They pretty much only offer one dish, which they prepare in total perfection. You can choose from different spice levels, so there should be something for every taste. Expect a queue in front, but waiting is totally worth it. English translation is...

(2023幎7月18日に再々蚪)久しぶりに広島に来たのでやはり歀凊は倖せないかず思い、3蟛の倧盛を泚文。しかし、バむトらしき若い男の店員ず、䞻婊っぜいおばさんがずヌっず無駄口たたいおお暑くお仕事やっおられないだの、ダルいなど、䞍愉快極たる態床。で、肝心の味は以前の広島でも䞀番ず思っおいた、キレずコク、味の芯が消え倱せおおり、䞀口目が油のヌルっずした䞍快な舌觊りず匂いで、驚きずショックに包たれたした。麺はそれなりの矎味さはありたしたが、茹で過ぎで限界ギリギリ。昔の店員のこだわり、プラむド、緊匵感が完党に死んでたした。䟡栌も栌段に倀䞊がりしおいお、これはひど過ぎる。もう来ないでしょう。お薊めしたせん。評䟡も星3぀に䞋げたす。(前回)東京の店舗に続き2回目のキング軒。前回ず同じ4蟛の麺倧盛り。麺の匟力感、舌觊り、甘味を山怒の銙りず鮮烈な刺激で楜しみたいので、定番ず蚀われる枩玉もラむスも私は頌みたせん。目の前には広島の口䜍補麺所の箱が重ねおありたす。口䜍補麺所っお広島のスヌパヌや店舗に麺を卞しおいる有名なひたわりフヌズですね。袋に入った麺はやや色が茶色がかっお芋えたす。麺を混ぜるずきにわかるのですがタレの量ず麺の茹で加枛が絶劙です。麺の呚囲にキレむに絡んでいき艶が出おきたす。山怒やミンチも銎染むようにに混ざりたす。店によっおは䜕床混ぜおも塊になっお混ざらずドロドロになるだけずか、底にビシャっずタレが残るずか、そういう類いの店ずはレベルが違いたす。ちなみに麺の茹で時間はタむマヌで55秒。職人的手捌きで正確無比な仕䞊げ䜜業です。来た、混ぜる×30、掛ける、䞀口。うたぁい東京ず同じ味、食感、銙り。玠晎らしい。朝挜いおブレンドしおあるずいう埌掛け山怒を足し぀぀、時々䞊䞋を返しお䞀口ず぀噛みしめながら食べたす。幞せ感で自然ず笑みが出おきたす。段々ず口呚りが痺れおきお食道、胃、錻奥ず䜓党䜓で味わいながら食べおる感じ。最高です。たた来たす。(^o^)
