Wakakusa Coffee — Restaurant in Hiroshima

🌸 廣島旅行第五日：溫暖的咖啡時光 ☕❄️ 📅 2025.2.4

在前往廣島城之前，透過 Google Map 發現了一間溫馨的 Coffee Shop，最初是被精美的食物照片所吸引，實際到訪後更是充滿驚喜！

🍽️ 食物體驗 🥪 招牌三文治：外皮烤得酥脆，內裡夾著濃郁的胡椒、蛋、芝士與火腿，香氣四溢。旁邊的沙拉比一般的更清新，帶有淡淡的香氣，而不只是苦澀的生菜味。

🍫 朱古力布朗尼：口感紮實卻不油膩，似乎使用了特別的巧克力製作，甜度剛剛好，讓人一口接一口。

☕ 咖啡：入口溫潤順滑，回甘細膩，每一口都是享受。

🏡 溫暖的店內氛圍 🌨️ 雪景相伴：店內有大片落地玻璃窗，當天正巧下著雪，坐在窗邊，一邊品嚐美食，一邊望著雪花飄落，時間彷彿靜止。

🌲 木質設計：裝潢以木色為主，擺放著廣島附近的自然景點與鄉村介紹，還有一本本關於日本傳統工藝的雜誌，桌上貼滿了手寫的 Memo，充滿人情味。

🎨 牆上的畫作：各種畫作點綴著牆面，其中一幅特別吸引目光，不禁猜想，會不會是店主本人的畫像呢？

🎶 背景音樂：店內播放著輕柔的古典音樂，讓人更加沉浸在這寧靜的氛圍中。

💖 細膩的店主與慢活哲學 老闆娘舉止輕柔，英文與法文都說得很好，讓外國客人也能輕鬆點餐。看著她們專注地沖泡咖啡、細心準備每一道餐點，不禁想像，或許這間咖啡店是他們退休後的夢想，過著簡單而專注的生活，在這裡找到屬於自己的 Mindfulness。

感謝這一杯咖啡、一頓美食，讓旅程多了一份溫暖與靜謐的美好。💛

広島城へ向かう前に、Google マップで見つけた素敵なカフェ。最初は美しい料理の写真に惹かれましたが、実際に訪れてみると、それ以上の感動がありました。

🍽️ お食事体験 🥪 特製サンドイッチ：外側はカリッと焼き上げられ、中には胡椒・卵・チーズ・ハムが絶妙に組み合わさり、豊かな香りが広がります。添えられたサラダは、他のお店のものよりも爽やかな風味があり、苦みだけでなく自然な香りが楽しめました。

🍫 チョコレートブラウニー：濃厚でありながら決して重すぎず、特別なチョコレートを使用しているのか、一口ごとに深い味わいが感じられました。

☕ コーヒー：口当たりが滑らかで、後味も心地よく、丁寧に淹れられたことが伝わる一杯でした。

🏡 温かみのある店内の雰囲気 🌨️ 雪景色とともに：店内には大きな窓があり、ちょうど雪が降っていたため、座りながらゆっくりと雪が舞う景色を眺めることができました。美味しい食事と共に、特別な時間を過ごせました。

🌲 木のぬくもりを感じるインテリア：木目調の温かいデザインに加え、広島周辺の自然や田舎町の紹介が飾られ、テーブルには日本の伝統工芸を紹介する雑誌が並んでいました。手書きのメモが添えられており、心のこもった雰囲気が漂っていました。

🎨 壁に飾られた絵画：店内の壁には様々な絵が飾られており、その中の一枚が特に印象的でした。もしかすると、店主の自画像なのでしょうか？

🎶 クラシック音楽が流れる空間：穏やかなクラシック音楽が流れ、より一層落ち着いた雰囲気を演出していました。

💖 丁寧な店主と、心を満たすひととき 店主の方はとても穏やかで、英語とフランス語もお上手なため、外国からのお客様でも安心して注文できました。一杯のコーヒーを丁寧に淹れ、一皿一皿を心を込めて準備する姿を見ていると、このカフェはもしかすると、人生の新たな一歩として始められた場所なのかもしれないと感じました。

ここで過ごした時間は、まるでマインドフルネスのように、今この瞬間に集中し、心を落ち着かせるひとときでした。

Before heading to Hiroshima Castle, I stumbled upon a charming café through Google Maps. Initially drawn in by the beautiful food photos, I was delighted to find that the actual experience was even more special.

🍽️ Dining Experience 🥪 Signature Sandwich: The bread was perfectly toasted to a crisp, enclosing a delicious combination of pepper, egg, cheese, and ham that created an irresistible aroma. The side salad had a refreshing fragrance, unlike typical salads that tend to be bitter. 🍫 Chocolate Brownie: Rich in flavor yet not overly greasy, it seemed to be made with a special kind of chocolate, offering a deep and satisfying taste. ☕ Coffee: Smooth and well-balanced, each sip was a delightful experience.

🏡 Cozy Atmosphere 🌨️ A Snowy View: With large floor-to-ceiling windows, I could enjoy my meal while watching the snow gently fall outside. It was a peaceful moment, almost as if time had stopped. 🌲 A Warm Wooden Interior: The café featured a warm wooden design, along with displays introducing Hiroshima’s natural scenery and rural villages. The tables were lined with magazines showcasing Japanese traditional crafts, with handwritten memos attached, adding a personal touch. 🎨 Art Adorning the Walls: Various paintings decorated the walls, and one in particular caught my attention. Could it be a self-portrait of the owner? 🎶 Classical Music in the Background: Soft classical music played throughout the café, enhancing the tranquil ambiance.

💖 Thoughtful Owners and a Moment of Mindfulness The owner was gentle and welcoming, speaking fluent English and French, making it easy for foreign visitors to order. Watching them carefully prepare each cup of coffee and plate of food with such dedication, I couldn’t help but wonder if this café was their way of embracing a new chapter in life.

Spending time here felt like a moment of mindfulness—fully immersed in the present, appreciating the simple yet profound joy of a well-made meal and a peaceful setting.

Visited August 2023 A nice modern café, with great sandwiches and coffee. The staff is friendly and it’s a really good start for your morning instead of having that hotel breakfast buffet. I had the bacon and tomato sandwich, which was really nice and kept my going until lunch. The environment is hipsterish and very clean with some art magazines to read, and old records and small paintings adoring the walls. We stumbled upon this place by chance, and I’m happy we did. Great for a light lunch or breakfast. Will probably visit again when I return...

Very nice elderly people working here, but whoever is saying that they serve good coffee, they have no idea of what good coffee is. I ordered a double espresso macchiato- nothing exotic- and I got a something resembling a cappuccino (?). Taste wasn’t special either, rather the opposite and got charged +5 euros. Cozy place with nice people, but if you’re looking for good coffee, better look elsewhere… 3 stars is generous for the quality...
