Yesterday, I visited this store to purchase a Seiko watch. The attitude of the staff was extremely unpleasant, perhaps because I am Vietnamese.
Firstly, at the watch counter, there was no one present, so I had to ask a nearby cashier to call someone. While she did assist, her demeanor was very cold, and she didn't bother to inform me about the waiting time. Okay, it was not a big deal, just not as friendly as other places, nothing much to say here.
When the staff member arrived for consultation, I decided to buy the Seiko SBDC147 watch and requested them to adjust the strap to fit my wrist. They mentioned it might take 20 to 30 minutes, so I told them I would grab a meal and return after an hour. Upon return, I inquired about the payment method, and the staff was enthusiastic in advising me on the warranty.
I decided to double-check the watch and discovered a small scratch on it. When I asked the salesperson, they denied seeing any scratch. It was perplexing, and after a while, they suddenly changed their attitude, stating, "you don't need to buy it anymore." I was genuinely shocked by this behavior, especially after a year of living here.
Subsequently, I visited another store and was pleasantly surprised by the difference in service. They were more attentive, and adjusting the strap took only about 5 minutes. I am concerned about the quality of service and the attitude of your store's staff. I have no intention of returning for a second...
