This restaurant did not have an English menu, but the people working here recommended us dishes to order. Dishes were affordable, with 2 main sets total around 3000 yen. Workers were friendly. We sat on the first floor and could observe them preparing the food, which was quite an experience. We had cold soba, 1 with shrimp tempura, 1 with warm duck soup. Although this city is famous for Chicken Ramen, this is a very nice soba shop with a chef that is serious about this noodles. The customers that come in ask many in depth questions about the noodles that I don't quite understand, but I do understand that the noodles are very good. 開店と同時に入店。 2階の席にご案内。 メニューを見て、あれこれと注文会議。 蕎麦前も充実してるから、酒呑みにもうれしいね。 頼んだものは以下。 食べたもの ・蕎麦豆腐　400円 ・白海老かき揚げ 680円 ・出し巻き玉子 680円 ・里芋まんじゅうの蕎麦米揚げあんかけ 680円 ・蕎麦がき 700円 〇手挽きせいろ(限定) 950円 ・変わりそば(限定) 950円 ・鴨せいろ 1300円 呑んだもの ・アサヒ スーパードライ(瓶)　580円 ・日本酒1合(銘柄失念)　950円 ----------------------------------- ・蕎麦豆腐 ごま豆腐のようなもっちり感のあるタイプ。 ふわりと広がる蕎麦の香りがいいね。 ・白海老かき揚げ こちらで多くの方が食べられている生白海老かき揚げのお蕎麦を食べられていはります。 アテ的に食べたかったので、白海老かき揚げを単品で注文。 ガリサクな食感の衣に白海老の香りと甘み。 確かにこれは美味しい。 添えられていた赤万願寺の天ぷらもよかった。 ・出し巻き玉子 ふわとろな食感でやや甘めで強い出汁感。 ここからは、日本酒がよく合う。 ・里芋まんじゅうの蕎麦米揚げあんかけ 蓮根まんじゅうの変型版のような感じ。 あっさり上品なあんと里芋のねっとりがいいコンビネーション。 三つ葉が爽やか。 ・蕎麦がき ねっとりした中に、粒々。 素朴な味わいがたまらん。 〇手挽きせいろ(限定) やや太めで四角な蕎麦。 表面はややぬるりとしていて、グイっとしたコシ。 噛む度に蕎麦の甘みとうまみが口中を満たしてきれます。 強めのインパクトの蕎麦が好きな方には、めちゃくちゃにおすすめ。 つゆは、やや辛口で節系もしっかり。 自分的には、塩とちょっと山葵で食べる方が蕎麦の良さを更に引き出してるように感じた。 ・変わりそば(限定) 本日はけし切り。 やや薄めの平たい蕎麦。 蕎麦の色からすると、更科。 所々に見えるけしの実で白魚のよう。 平麺の口当たりが面白い。 ちょっとやらかめの食感。 けしの実のぶちっとした食感と香ばしさ。 ・鴨せいろ たっぷりとネギが入ったあったかい出汁に冷たい蕎麦。 蕎麦は多分、こちらのスタンダードなせいろ蕎麦。 蕎麦の印象は、手挽きせいろを全体的に控えめにした感じ。 程よい位の強さの蕎麦が好きな方には、せいろ蕎麦の方がおすすめかな。 鴨出汁は、やや甘みのあって、かなりうまみが強いタイプ。 ・蕎麦湯 後半になると、お店の方が蕎麦湯を持ってきてくれはりました。 やや粘性強めの蕎麦湯。 そばつゆをちょっと入れると、美味しい。 --------------------------------------------------- 5人で食べたので、あれこれ食べることが出来てよかった。 中でも、手挽きせいろが抜群に好みでうまかった！ ごちそうさまでした！

Very very good soba with friendly service. So good that I forgot to take a photo before I started. We tried the special edition soba inspired by a manga and a three type soba. There are also a yuzu infused soba and others. The soba is chewy and delicious and the tempura is amazing as well. At the end you get to try sobayu to end it off. The free roasted tea is so so good as well.

Very very good soba with friendly service. So good that I forgot to take a photo before I started. We tried the special edition soba inspired by a manga and a three type soba. There are also a yuzu infused soba and others. The soba is chewy and delicious and the tempura is amazing as well. At the end you get to try sobayu to end it off. The free roasted tea is so so good as well.
