Ignore the negative comments; best ramen I've had, ever, and came here twice on consecutive nights because I didn't bother going anywhere else. This Kagoshima style ramen was the best ramen I've ever had in Japan and the rest of the world. Ended up going here twice in my 4 day trip cause of how good it was. Got the one with the pork and he torched the pork after making the ramen. Was so warm and delicious. Would recommend to anyone...
