REALLY DON'T RECOMMEND IT. The place was full when we arrived and it was very cold outside. We asked to wait inside and the lady was rude and ironic replying in an arrogant manner: "it's up to you". She then started to speak with us in a very rude tone, making us feel very uncomfortable. We are Brazilian, so our English isn't very good and the accent in Japan is very different. We had a hard time understanding her, so she started to speak slowly, as if we were stupid: "You-can-come-back-after-30-minutes". It was one of the only places in Japan where we were so mistreated.
