Really great location and view, and cozy hipster place with chill atmosphere. There are a lot of hemp choices for vegans, the staff is friendly and laid back, main issue was only a brief language barrier.
The food was extremely good, the cake was delicious and if it weren’t just a tiny expensive portion I would’ve ordered a second one.
The menu doesn’t have a vegan symbol next to the items. It is mostly easy to discern by reading ingredients, but for example 2 dishes which were described in a general way were made with fish. This was explained by the staff as I asked, with patience and care, but I think having symbols for quick choice and avoiding the one vegan customer just ordering and not asking further beforehand would be good.
Be also mindful not to come too late. As they don’t have unlimited reserves of food and it’s a very valued restaurant.
I would give only two recommendations to the owners: slightly bigger portions and indicating on the menu with a symbol which dishes are vegan, otherwise great place to continue or conclude your trip...
Read moreCOVID Update: kitchen staff refuse mask to “we have to taste each and every dish before it goes to each table.” When I watched him mix a drink, stir, taste it right over the glass and send it out, I was told “the kitchen never wears masks. It’s the customers responsibility to confirm with the kitchen of restaurants if they are worried about COVID measures.” He had COVID last year and has his taste sense back now but people shouldn’t worry about covid because that’s “not a happy life”.
The server was wearing a mask.
Delicious gluten-free and vegan foods! Try the Yuzu cake! Updates: I’ve been back multiple times because if the excellent view, great food and the master of the restaurant is so friendly and aware of dietary needs. The soy meat meals are delicious!! The menu pricing is reasonable. This is now my go to...
Read moreVery very nice place. Great views, great vibes, super relaxing, and the staff was extra nice with us. We got this hot chocolate with CBD oil, which contributed to the relaxing atmosphere. I really want to go back to try their lunch options.
We came back for a 3rd time and got some chai and a vegan cheesecake, both delicious. And of course some CBD. I honestly love that people here are chill, normal humans. One of them spoke to me in English. They’re all nice and cool. I really want to come back for their food and other menu items! And maybe for a chat with the staff 😁
