My partner and I were looking for a place to have dinner after visiting Kamakura. We chose this restaurant based on the reviews and couldn’t be happier: it was the best meal we had in Japan. The place only has six seats, but that evening it was just the two of us, so we were able to enjoy the full attention of the owners—kind, smiling, and talkative—who carefully explained each dish and chatted with us throughout the entire dinner.
