江ノ電長谷駅から海と反対方向にまっすぐ。途中左に折れると長谷寺ですが、そのまままっすぐで着きます。 境内は広いので、たくさんの観光客がいてもゆっくり観られます。 御朱印帳は右の窓口に出して10分くらい待たされますが、横に椅子があるのでそれほど気になりません。 大仏は迫力があり、50円払えば中に入ることもできます。この穴は大仏製造の時に、中に詰めた材料を出すために開いているとも聞きました。 鎌倉に行ったらぜひ訪れたい場所です。 大仏に見とれて、ちゃんとお詣りしている人が少なかったのは残念でした。

From Enoshima Hase Station, go straight in the opposite direction to the sea. If you turn left along the way, you'll reach Hasedera Temple, but just keep going straight. The temple grounds are spacious, so you can take your time looking around even if there are a lot of tourists. You'll have to wait about 10 minutes to get your stamp book at the window on the right, but there are chairs next to it so it's not too much of a problem. The Great Buddha is impressive, and you can go inside for 50 yen. I heard that the hole in the back was made to remove the materials that were stuffed inside when the Great Buddha was made. This is a place you should definitely visit if you go to Kamakura. It was a shame that so few people were fascinated by the Great Buddha and actually went to pray there.
