Well crafted burgers. Watched the owner/chef Leo prepare our food with such care and attention to detail.
Ordered the cheeseburger, bacon cheeseburger and garlic herb fries. Size is smaller than what one would be used to in the US, but the food was definitely more quality than quantity. The beef patty was a course chopped angus, a great balance of meat and fat. The course chop gave an amazing hearty full mouth feel while the fattiness gave tons of flavor and that meltiness. The bread was fresh baked and I could taste the buttery softness as soon as I sank my teeth in for a bite. I didn't even complete my bite and I could already tell this was going to be a good burger.
The fries could have used more garlic, but it was definitely herby and I appreciate the use of fresh herbs and course salt. The potatoes were skin on, fried perfectly. Crisp, but still mealy inside.

I came across this little hole in the wall while walking through Kamakura. I have to admit I’m so glad I found it.
The burger options are great.
I opted for the Philly Cheesesteak, I used to frequent Philly as a child and wanted a taste of my childhood.
This cheesesteak was the BEST I have ever ate. Perfectly seasoned, balanced in every way. Accompanied with a side of Jalapeños, it was amazing.
I also got a chocolate shake, it was done right! Just the right thickness and flavor on point.
Normally I don’t eat burgers due to the mess but these were not messy at all.
Portion size was perfect, I am full and happy.
The complementary water is also super refreshing as it’s paired with lemon and some other citrus.
Dining is open air but temperature is fine.
The owner is very nice. I didn’t realize I walked in an hour early and he served me without hesitation. Big thank you and sorry to him.
I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place if...

The location of the restaurant is also perfect, just a few feet away from the busy Kamakura street, making it a peaceful escape from the crowds. We visited during the Golden Week holiday, but fortunately, it wasn't crowded, and we were able to enjoy our meal without any fuss. Overall, I highly recommend this to anyone in Kamakura who loves burgers and wants to try a great one. As their tagline says, "No burger, no life," and they definitely live up...
