I tried the Coconut Matcha Latte and Mango Matcha Latte — both were refreshing and perfectly balanced, with a unique twist on traditional matcha. The whole thing is not too sweet -- the brulee top is the sweetest part. It is filled with a matcha cream, plain stiff-peak whipped cream , a little dollop of matcha ice cream, and flaky biscuits and strawberries at the bottom. The crepe is chewy and has good matcha flavor. I really enjoyed the texture variety and all the different components complemented each other well.

The top layer is caramelised sugar and match and cream. The cream is plant based cream rather than animal based. So some people might not like it but I personally enjoyed it. Then follows by matcha ice cream under and some biscuits inside I guess? I couldn’t taste what it is but tastes good. Then another layer of cream!! Very rich in content and flavour....
