My Japanese is very limited, but the associate that helped me was very kind and spoke English very well.

For a great price, I got to choose the designs and colors of the outfit, my hair accessory, my bag, and shoes. I loved how customizable everything was and that I could rent this for the entire day.

Kimono choices — be prepared to fork out significantly more money in order to choose a decent kimono. The cheapest package didn’t have much to offer which kind of caught me by surprise at a similar price elsewhere would have had more choices.

Hair — honestly the reason to give this place a miss; very low effort and poorly done hair. Personally preferred having not done my hair with them at all— did not curl / hairspray your hair etc.

Staff — I think the staff tying the kimono is not very experienced; personally found the kimono slightly too bulky and messy (can see the uneven folding through the Obi belt)
