The food is actually delicious. But like other already said, we are forced to order one drink per person. We went there as 5 persons group and sat as 3 and 2 persons on separate table and we cannot speak Japanese well. We ordered Kimchi stew but the server was forced us to order 2 portions of Kimchi stew although we also order the 4 bowl of bibimbap and one tokkpuki. The server (may be owner) is more like superior than servicing. At last, they provide no receipt although we...
Read moreThey got the interior down pat in this joint. The owner is definitely a Korean man who seems to like to chat with his Japanese customers. This is not a yakiniku place- they sell Korean comfort foods. It's definitely not "Korean prices", most dishes run for Y800+. Soju was something absurd like Y1000? Y1500?
The worst restaurant experience I've had so far.
The owner (a man) was unfriendly, unaccommodating, and there were no amenities such as napkins and water. Guests at the restaurant were compelled to order one beverage each (with the lowest-priced juice at 418 yen per bottle). When I asked for a receipt, the owner pretended not to hear. When I inquired again, a handwritten receipt was given to me with only the total amount and the date of the visit. It was only when I pointed out the discrepancy between the final bill and the menu prices that I was informed of an additional 110 yen service charge per person.
I regret not reading Google reviews beforehand, as I had a very unpleasant...
