We enjoyed each course of our omakase meal thoroughly.

Thank you chef for introducing Nodoguro to us in the most wonderful way. We savoured each and every bite.

Service was excellent, they went to great effort to explain our meal to us despite us knowing very little Japanese. Chef was also very friendly.

Arigato gozaimasu for making our only omakase meal in Japan so memorable! We hope to be back soon! Best wishes...

おすすめはコースらしいが、この日はアラカルトで！

色々と話しを伺いながらの注文、これがまた楽しい。 隣の人が食べているものが食べたくなるのはご愛嬌。

A shop with a wonderful personality from the owner. Most of our customers are regulars, and once you visit, you'll understand why.

He has a gentle tone that makes you feel warm, and his thoughtfulness is reflected in his food. Authentic Japanese cuisine that you can enjoy even if you go alone, as they take care of your every move.

The course seems to be recommended, but on this day it was a la carte!

Ordering while listening to various stories is also fun. It's charming to want to eat what the person next to you is eating.

One of the few quiet and truly authentic places in the busy area. The atmosphere for me was the best part - personal attention and beautiful design. Food was made out of the best freshest products and was just terrific. I highly recommend Chef Shinsaku.
