In a raining cold night, we walk in this small restaurant and got a surprisingly great dinner experience! The owner takes on everything: welcome guests, introduce food, take the orders, cook, serve both food and drinks, clean tables, chat with customers, and do the cashier jobs. Yet, he makes everything so organized and delivers fantastic meals. He takes care of the dishes seriously and we can see how he combine the French cuisine with the local ingredients and Japanese cooking techniques. The garnish for the main course is local vegetables tempura! Such a surprise that he brings the Japanese dish into French cuisine! Everything was so delicious, you need to try to understand our happiness of finding a hidden gem and you wouldn’t regret it!

3800円のコースにスイーツを追加した4500円のコースを選択。 前菜盛り合わせは4500円のコースにしてはかなり豪華。どれもおいしかった。 二品目はスープかチーズニョッキの選択でスープを選択した。マッシュルームの味がよく出ていておいしかった。 メインは能登豚のローストを選択。6か7種類くらい選択肢があって個人店の割にかなり頑張っているなと思った。肉もつけあわせの野菜もおいしかった。 スイーツはバスクチーズケーキと書いてあったが実際はバスクチーズケーキにブルーベリージャム、白コーヒープリン、大葉のシャーベットと盛りだくさんすぎて大満足。もちろん味も良し。 食後にコーヒーか紅茶から紅茶を選択。紅茶は普通だった。 なかなかの繁盛具合かつワンオペなので提供はそれなりに時間がかかる。食器の置き方が結構雑で音も出てたが味と値段は十分。
