Read moreI am a huge fan of Fukumitsuya sake. I first encountered them through their store in Ginza. Their staff always welcoming and can speak English. But most of all their sake is delicious.
I forgot to ask for her name but the Taiwanese lady at this store was amazing. She went out of her way to give me some additional info and let me try sample for free.
She recommended I try these seasonal namezake (unpasteurized sake). They were delicious. She also pointed me to their new sparkling sake and a Fukumitsuya sake only found in Kanazawa.
