The place gives you a comfortable and welcoming feeling the moment you enter the store/bar. They have staff who can speak Japanese, English, and Mandarin so communication won't be an issue. Everything you need to know about what you're getting will be explained upon serving. I was able to try their Fall Seasonal Sake which has gold flakes in it. It was unexpectedly a little sweet and you can tell how great the quality is after even just one sip. It came with nibbles and we chose their tofu/miso one which was an excellent choice! I am a huge fan of Fukumitsuya sake. I first encountered them through their store in Ginza. Their staff always welcoming and can speak English. But most of all their sake is delicious.

I forgot to ask for her name but the Taiwanese lady at this store was amazing. She went out of her way to give me some additional info and let me try sample for free.

She recommended I try these seasonal namezake (unpasteurized sake). They were delicious. She also pointed me to their new sparkling sake and a Fukumitsuya sake only found in Kanazawa.
