My wife, our 6-month old, and I were staying nearby and had walked past numerous times. Our typical experience had been that izakayas had been less than ideal for us with the baby - they’re either too small, smoking establishments, or only baby friendly in a private room. So we were reluctant to try this one.
However, it is a smoke-free space with a staff that welcomed us and our baby so warmly we felt like we were stepping into their home.
