Tranne che per l'espresso alla fine. 混雑した観光シーズン、桜見物の金沢でこんな美味しいレストランに出会えて、とても幸せでした。 アラカルトで前菜、プリモ、セコンドと頼むと２人でシェアしてちょうどとのこと。私は大食漢なので、それではやや少ないかと思いましたが、普通の食欲の人はそれでOKです。 セコンドの能登牛のタリアータ、赤身で美味しかったですね。鹿肉ラグーのパッパルデッレも鹿肉の旨みがよくでていました。 お陰で、奮発した赤ワイン、ブルネッロにとても合いました。 お店のために、あえてアドバイスすると、〆のエスプレッソはいただけません。単なる小さなカップに入った薄いコーヒでした。 どんな美味しい料理でも、〆のエスプレッソが悪いと、すべてが台無し。逆にエスプレッソが美味しいと食事すべてが素晴らしいフィナーレを迎えられます。次回は美味しいカッフェが飲めますように。
