Truly excellent omakase experience. The specialty black throat was exceptional as nigiri and we opted for a delicious combination with uni too, which was worth the extra cost. The squid and striped jack nigiri were also stand out dishes. Chef also uses a charcoal grill for the aburi sushi which added another level especially to the black throat over what you'd expect when blowtorched.

Entrance is flush in the wall of the passage between front (facing the river) and back of the building. Seating extremely limited, 8 or less, passages are small, extremely cozy. Omakase fare based on what they have on hand, so the menu can change a little. Servings are sequential and will take time. Used translators to figure out the changes they made to the menu.
