It is necessary to note the high quality of the restaurant's cuisine, which deserves high praise. The service staff also demonstrated an appropriate level of professionalism.
However, we are compelled to express categorical dissatisfaction with the behavior of the chef, whose actions were of an unacceptable nature:
Creating an atmosphere of rush and pressure. The chef demonstratively hurried us; at one point, he even stood with the next dish in his hands before we had finished consuming the previous dish, expressing impatience in every way and rushing the guests.
Inappropriate imposition of feedback. The questionnaire for evaluating the restaurant's service was offered for completion before the end of dinner — placed on the table with a pen, while he repeatedly reminded us verbally of the need to complete it even before dessert was served.
We consider such treatment of guests to be absolutely unacceptable, unfriendly, and inappropriate for an establishment of this level. The creation of psychological discomfort and an atmosphere of rush completely nullified the impression from the quality of the dishes.
The birthday celebration was ruined.
We expect that the restaurant management will take measures to prevent such situations...
