The service is good and the atmosphere is cozy, but in the last couple years you are paying more and getting less. There is inflation everywhere but this is worse than other places, the price goes up by 25% and what you get is smaller by 25%! 家族の大切な日に利用しました。 本当は星一つも付けたくないです。 ほとんどの店員の接客が最悪でした。 最終的に残念な気持ちで店を出ました。 料理の提供も遅く、注文の度に大声で呼んでも店員は中々来ず。 他のテーブルであった説明は我々にはされず。 人手が足りてなかったのかもしれませんが、それは客には関係無いです。 6人で利用したのでそれなりの金額になったにも関わらず、あまりにも接客が良くなかったので会計の際に店長らしき人に指摘しました。 目も見ず、会計作業しながら申し訳ないですの一言。 全然申し訳無さそうじゃなかったです。 終いにはテイクアウトでお願いしていたお弁当を渡し忘れてて、こちらが言ってやっと気付いていました。 正直、お金を払ったのはわたしではなく父ですし、クレームなんて本来言うタイプではないですが、店長らしき人の態度がありえなくて、さすがにいい気分はしませんでした。 直接言って伝わらなかったようなので、今回口コミに書きました。
