Gyōzarō — Restaurant in Kawasaki

The place gets busy quite fast, but they ask people to leave after 2 hours when there are no seats available for new customers. But if there are seats anyway, they don’t really shoo away the customers even after 2 hours. So, I don’t mind this rule at all.

As お通し, they serve ザーサイ. You can refill this anytime and tastes quite good actually so much that it goes well with alcoholic drinks. Most of the food on the menu is pretty good, especially the よだれ鶏 and 餃子. I also liked that they have all 3 different ways of serving gyoza, and also that you get various options of what you want inside the boiled gyoza! The 魯肉飯 was good too, but was a bit too sweet and didn’t taste so authentic.

The interior is quite nicely designed, making it really look like you are not in Japan. Tables and seating are a bit small, but nothing that it would matter too much. It just feels a bit tight, esp. when you can hear the entire conversation at...

First visit. It was nice to have an atmosphere like I came to a Taiwanese shop. It was crowded, so I took my time and went late at 21:30. First of all, the appetizer zasai is delicious, what should I order? I was worried We ordered boiled gyoza, grilled gyoza, potato salad, apricot tomato, extreme chicken soup, today's ice cream (oolong tea), and fresh pineapple sour. Boiled dumplings only had shrimp and curry, so I asked for shrimp. Since it is seasoned, please eat it as it is. That's what I was talking about, so I went as it was❗️ The peel of the skin and the prawn of the shrimp are very good to eat, and the sake goes on. Boiled gyoza and pan-fried gyoza are cooked after the order is received, so it takes time. While waiting for the grilled gyoza, I had potato salad and apricot tomato. For the potato salad, the skin of the spring roll was cut into small pieces, and the crispy skin and crispy potatoes were very good. Apricot sake tomatoes are addictive as a dessert rather than an appetizer. The fried gyoza has good crisp wings, and it is delicious as it is or with sauce. I think it's a matter of taste here. I ordered 8 pieces, so I went alternately❗️ And then came. Ultimate chicken soup. It's a rich chicken soup. It's the best dish to finish with the condensed taste of chicken. Please place an order. Finally, the ice cream of the day (oolong tea). I ate oolong tea ice cream for the first time. It's refreshing and has just the right amount of sweetness. ミシュランビブグルマンで星獲得の 餃子が食べられるこちらのお店。 外装から 中国の世界観が感じられてワクワク。 店内もランタンやネオン風に光るポスターで 飾りつけされていて、 異国情緒溢れる空間となっていました。 本当に勝手なイメージですが、 ドラマ内の女子会とかで使われそうです笑 そして今回いただいたのはこちら。

▶︎お通し なんとザーサイ食べ放題。 これはのんべえさんも嬉しいのでは！？ ごま油を纏っていて、大好きです笑

▶︎焼き餃子(8ケ) 800円(税込) オーダーが入ってから、 一つ一つ皮を伸ばして 餡を包んでいくらしいです。 包みたてホヤホヤ〜！ そして焼きは 羽があってインパクトのある見た目ですが、 パリパリ&モチモチ… 両方を兼ね揃えるバランス型でした。 そしてしっかりと味がついているので、 何もつけずに そのまま食べても美味しいです。

▶︎水餃子(海老と筍) 480円(税込) 水餃子は種類豊富。 思わず色々頼んでしまいました。 まずは海老と筍。 プリップリの海老と シャキシャキした筍が良いです。 食感が楽しい！

▶︎水餃子(帆立と豚肉) 480円(税込) どちらかというと帆立の方が 存在感ありました。 香り高くて美味しかったです。

▶︎水餃子(紫蘇と豚肉) 450円(税込) さっぱり爽やかなこちら。 紫蘇はジューシーな豚肉と相性抜群です。

▶︎手羽ばくだん(1本) 400円×2 パリッと手羽の中には、 餃子の餡がたっぷり隠れていました。 別皿でハーブ系の調味料も出てきたのですが、 そのままで十分美味しいので出番なし笑 少しスパイシーで最高でした。

▶︎外国のパリパリピーマン 400円(税込) ひんやり冷たいピーマンは、パリッパリ！ フルーツのように瑞々しく甘かったです。

▶︎本格チャーシュー 700円(税込) お箸で持ち上げたら崩れてしまうほど 柔らかーい！ 八角香るチャイニーズチャーシューでした。

▶︎汁なし担々麺 680円(税込) 正直見た目は地味ですが、 食べてみたらとっても華やか。 麺はモッチモチ〜。 少し辛口ですが、 胡麻がその辛さを緩和させてくれています。 わたしでも食べられるレベルでした。

▶︎極・鶏スープ 340円(税込) 締めにぴったりのこちら。 とっても優しい味わいで、 このスープを通して 鶏の魅力を改めて感じました。
