Very enjoyable early (0800) breakfast place in a sleepy part of town. No need to queue up Tokyo style 30 minutes prior on a Sunday 😅; the chef arrived 10 min prior to opening and the staff afterwards but they were all ready to go right at 0800! French toast was really good, as was the red bean butter toast (nice balance of butte and sweetness). Salted butter provided a nice savory touch to the basic toast entreé. A great retro- (Japanese) coffee shop modeled on a place further west of the city that the owner loved and recreated here. The vibe is relaxed and the menu is quite extensive. The staff were super friendly and we enjoyed our melon-floats. It's quite small and popular, so as you'd expect, there's a lineup and you may have to wait quite a while. 三宮駅近くのレトロカフェ『DORSIA』さんへ行ってきました✨️

今回は 🥞ホットケーキ(600yen) 🐬セリナクリームソーダ(600yen) 🍮自家製プリン(500yen) を注文📝

早起きして念願のDORSIAさんに行けてめちゃくちゃ嬉しかった💕 モーニングに行ったのにモーニングメニュー頼まずにホットケーキを🥞✨️

昔ながらのホットケーキという感じで少し分厚めのホットケーキが2枚🤤 たっぷりのバターが乗っていてそこにたっぷりとメイプルシロップをかけます💓 ホットケーキの香りって幸せになる✨️

自家製プリンは少し固めで甘すぎないのでぺろりと食べれちゃいます🍮 さくらんぼ乗ってるのがレトロ感じでかわいい🍒

そしてセリナクリームソーダにしたので青いお色💙 ミドリのクリームソーダもあります‪🌱‬ かわいいグラスにおっきめのアイスが乗っていてこれぞクリームソーダ！！です💕

ちなみにDORSIAさんの店内はブルーが多いのですが神戸にあった喫茶店｢セリナ｣さんのテーブルや椅子が使われているからです😊 絨毯もブルーで素敵✨️

メニューはその他鉄板ナポリタンやカレー、トーストやサンドウィッチなど✨️ 11時まではお得なモーニングメニューもあります🙆‍♀️

お会計の時にDORSIAさんのマッチをいただきました💕 かわいい！！ DORSIAさんのイラストは平山昌尚さんが描いていらっしゃいます✨️ グッズも沢山あって欲しくなります☺️ 帰りにステッカーを購入しました🙋‍♀️

朝から大満足な時間でした🙏

📝平日朝イチで伺ったので1番目に入店できました👏 早めに行くのがオススメです！
