Besides paying upfront before entering, there is no service. You clean your own plates and tables.
The restrooms were dirty. They are upstairs, and there is a heavy layer of yellow on the tiles. Careful with that top step, there is an uneven board you can trip on if you're not careful.
The food selection was very poor. I don't know if it's because we went at 8pm, but the dishes were mostly out, even though they are open until 10. They looked to be sitting there for a while. And with the drink bar, the cost was about 4000 yen a person. It was super overpriced. I suspect it's to pay for the crab legs, but there weren't that many crab legs, and we didn't eat any. I saw piles of shells on surrounding tables that didn't clean up after themselves, so they were just sitting there.

Japan has their own way for preparing crab legs which people may not enjoy, but I tried the feast. The legs are brine, not marinated and served cold. Very interesting 😊!
Halal - some options available but ask first. The chef was nice enough to show me which dishes were halal, if interested---see video. Not perfect but mashallah they try.
