Izakaya Kobe Ajihei — Restaurant in Kobe

Cozy comfortable Izakaya with great atmosphere and great price. Space might be a bit cramp for people with larger parties but the environment was nice and clean when I went in.

Don't let the sub 5000¥ Kobe beef price fool you, absolutely worth it, especially with a quick bite. I recommend any of the highball with it.

The staff are friendly mentioned to me how to enjoy the food but even without their instructions the food speaks for themselves.

Once again, absolutely fantastic for a Izakaya in Kobe, If the price isn't to die for already the food will take you there.

Ofc if you're looking for Kobe steak, this is not the place to go, but smoky, savoury, soft textured slices of beef? 👌

その日に採れた！ 明石天然刺盛　５種盛り合わせ

黒鯛はコリコリでおいしい 穴子の刺身初めて食べためっちゃ歯ごたえある 中トロめっちゃうまい タコめっちゃ歯ごたえある イカすごい甘みがあっておいしい 刺身は全体的に歯ごたえがあってすごい甘みもあり、 新鮮なのが分かりました！

地元神戸の野菜を使ったグリーンサラダ

神戸の西区の農家から取り寄せているらしく、 本当に新鮮でシャキシャイで美味しかった！

特にベビーコーンは今まで食べたことがないくらい、 シャキシャキしていて、甘みがすごかった！

特選神戸ビーフ希少部位の炙り２種食べ比べ （ランプ・トモサンカク） 神戸ビーフは本当にめっちゃ高いので、 この値段のコースに入っているのは嬉しいですね！

やっぱり、黒毛和牛の中でもダントツで美味しいってわかります！

１日掛けて作ったお出汁で食べる 明石焼き風ふんわり山芋ステーキ

これは感動レベルの美味しさでした。 中にタコが入っているのと、 1日掛けて作ったお出汁との相性が抜群でした！

その日に採れた明石天然の魚の天ぷら（穴子） 穴子がふわふわでめっちゃ美味しい！ 何よりも天ぷらをつけるつゆ？もめっちゃ美味しいかった！

かぼちゃもやっぱり新鮮だとこんなに甘みが強いんだ！ って思いました。

創業４０年継ぎ足しの秘伝のタレを使用した 長田の牛すじ焼き

僕は長田の牛すじ焼きは完全にハマりました！

メニュー名にもなっている、 『40年継ぎ足しのタレ！！』 これが本当に美味しい！

牛すじのコリコリとして歯ごたえとマッチして、 日本酒好きにはたまらないはず！

神戸にきたら、やっぱりこれ！ 神戸ぼっかけそばめし
