I’m not sure maybe I’m not a big fan of Kobe beef, and just prefer wagyu. I got the premium sirloin that ended up costing me around 25K yen (had to do 150g cus I came solo — which is okay!)
What saved this place was everything around the main star. The cabbage soup and Kobe-based baguette was perfect. The garlic rice paired with the Kobe beef (not pictured) was phenomenal.
The meet itself, wasn’t entirely amazing for what I paid for, but it could be my taste preference because the coloring and texture seems ok. I’m just more used to the buttery feel when I eat a well cooked A5? Idk, something didn’t seem perfect, nonetheless still really good.

The customer service is wonderful, ambiance is elegant, and the food is incredible. My only caveat is that I wish we ordered another cut of steak instead of sirloin.
