I had often walked past this ramen shop and marvelled at the queue outside. The smell wafting from the front was a second tick in the "I need to try this place" column. Early one evening myself and my daughter walked past just before opening and the queue was only 4 long - a sign! I quickly met my wife at Sannomiya station and we all rushed back to wait in line for a full 3 minutes! The food was worth a wait 20 times as long, if not longer! The broth was rich, creamy, beautifully seasoned and coated the noodles perfectly! The chicken had bite but then melted in the mouth, releasing more of that amazing soup. Without question the best chicken ramen broth I have had in Japan and I haven't even mentioned their amazing rice dishes! If you're lucky enough to be close to here on a rainy day and the queues are short - go. If you are passing of an evening - go. If you are meeting friends - go. Just go. This is the best chicken white soup ramen I ever had😻! The soup is so thick and rich. But not too oily. The egg is perfectly soft boiled egg and rich soy sauce flavour. Definitely recommend to order a bowl of rice add to the soup after you finish the noodles. The rice will absorb the broth and become kind of like chicken risotto. It just a wonderful taste.

Be sure to come a bit early before lunch time! Because the ramen only has a few seat. Easily a full house. But if you late,the waiting time is around 20-30mins

Fantastic ramen with Chicken, a first for me but it was so light, delicate and melt-in-the-mouth I don't know why more people aren't using the humble chicken for some heart ramen. Obviously if you're a ramen purist, maybe not your vibe, but otherwise it is beyond delicious, Moorish yet light, like a warm hug on a winters day.
