Friendly staff but …. Sadly very sadly Coffee beans were stale so … it just beans you a flat tasting coffee at averagely 500JPY per cup. It was a well established store since 1968 , even though i sincerely felt that experience was counter productive for the store at this time as there is a better way to run a shop in 2024. It’s no longer the 1970s …. Interesting...

一言で言うと、若い女性の感性が溢れる店です。 二日間で、四回行きました。

モーニングの品揃えを観ると、二日間であっても微妙に品揃えを変えていました。味噌汁もカップに入っており、鰹だしによって旨味が増しています。パンも加水法(中種法)によって焼かれている様で、モッチリしていました。

以前レストランで働いていたので、店内をその視点で観ましたが、店内は清潔感に溢れていて、非の打ち所が有りません。

個人的には、キャラメルプリンケーキが特に美味しいです。 卵が多いプリンで、キャラメルとの相性が良かったです。 そして大きな皿に置かれたケーキを、芸術的にデコレーションしていました。　芸術的との表現は大げさに聞こえますが、感性の良さを感じる逸品です。

コーヒーカップや皿の上品さが、見た目を楽しませて、味の良さを引き立ています。上品なカップに注がれた坂本龍馬のウインナーコーヒーを飲みました。　高知を満喫できた二日間でした。

場所は、大丸高知店　東館の　斜め前に有ります。アー...
