It was nice and quiet at 11am on a weekday, so my order was quickly taken and served. The restaurant is small, but arranged in a way that is spacious.
I ordered a lunch set, consisting of their sake kasu cheese burger, salad and spiced ginger soda. It was all fresh, of high quality and attentively prepared. I wasn't keen on the spices used in the ginger soda, but it was refreshing. The burger was good; the sake kasu "cheese" was interesting, like cheesy mayonnaise, but I loved the bun that the burger came in the best, it was so flavorly yeasty. However, portions are on the small side, so in addition to the lunch set, I had their buddha bowl takeout (regular), as my "ekiben", and it was good, but a tad greasy.

Read moreThe interesting point in this burger was they used sake kasu (leftover product from sale production) as cheese which is something I’ve never seen in vegan spots in Tokyo. It didn’t have a distinct taste but had the texture of cheese and tasted close to mozzarella cheese. The tomato sauce was nice and patty felt like it lacked a bit of salt for me. Overall the burger worked ok as the whole. They also had Buddha bowls which looked really good as well. Also this is the only vegan place we found...
