インドカレー ミラン — Restaurant in Kofu

Three words: Chicken Tikka Masala. Another reviewer said the pumpkin curry is a must try so I tried that and it was ok, but I'm telling you that chicken tikka masala is on point!

Also I must add: the service here was above and beyond. I've never been to an Indian restaurant where the staff were friendly aside from this one. They were very friendly and accommodating, stopping by the table frequently to make sure we were enjoying our meal and refilling our water.

It seems the staff in particular are very child-friendly. They even have little gifts for young kids who have a meal here.

There is a parking lot right next to the restaurant. The are no parking lines and it just looks like an open garage but that is actually the parking lot for this restaurant.

Very interesting incident happened with the restaurant. We were coming from Kiso valley and were really hungry. We were shifting from local train to limited express at kofu station. Since we had about 30 mins time, we ordered the food (vegetable and chicken briyani) via phone and went to pick up the food. Knowing our urgency, the restaurant owner made our food super quick and packed it for us very nicely. Because of him, we were able to catch the train and enjoy the dinner on the go. I try a different curry every time I come here. It's right around the corner from my hotel so it was very inexpensive as a dinner choice and convenient. The men who run this establishment are very kind and courteous. Even if you come in at 20 minutes until close accidentally. They've reassured me it's okay to do.
