熊本城の敷地の南部に位置するショッピングエリア『桜の馬場』にある、ハチミツを使用した各種商品の販売店です。店内に入るや否や、ハチミツのほのかな香りが鼻孔をくすぐります。 ややハチミツの粘り気が強めに感じるものの、その一方で甘さは控えめであるため、甘いものが苦手な人でも美味しく食べられると思います。 ソフトクリームの販売も同時に行っており、その中の一部にはこの店の看板商品であるハチミツがトッピングされています。ソフトクリームは基本的にテイクアウト用に販売されていますが、席数は10席にも満たないものの店内で飲食することも可能です。熊本城を周遊した後、一休み目的で利用するといいかもしれません。

The moment you step inside, you’ll notice a gentle aroma of honey wafting through the air. While the honey tends to be slightly thick in consistency, the sweetness is pleasantly mild, making it enjoyable even for those who don't typically like overly sweet treats. They also offer soft-serve ice cream, some of which are topped with the shop’s signature honey. Staff were very nice, they let me try out all the honey. I end up buying the apple flavor honey. However, when I try to make drink with the honey I brought it does not taste the same like the one I sampled in the store at all. It is much more sour like apple cider.
