Surprisingly good ramen at a touristy village. One of the only food joints open during the afternoon closing hours.

You pay higher than average for ramen but the portions are good and the food was delicious. We got bamboo shoots and wood ear mushrooms as sides and they provided an ample amount.

Honestly it is worth it to pay for the environment. It is an exceptionally visually appealling ramen joint in the interior, with spacious booths and well...

No one in the store can speak English, that’s really strange since it located in the tourist area which the big amount of tourists are from foreign countries. The service was not good enough. The worst of all is it’s horse sashimi. It’s not a cheap dish but the quality is terrible! All the pieces are sticking together and it tastes freezing. Sorry about that but I don’t think that worth 1800yen. It’s the most terrible meal I’ve ever...

Great bowl of Ramen! This shop os located in Sakura no baba josaien, a tourist attraction and small shopping district near Kumamoto castle. What's first noticeable is the interior of the place. Beautiful interior. I had the 馬テール (horse tail Ramen). Broth is light (assuming Shio based), although had a meatier kick to it because of the meat. Horse meat is tender, noodles as well.
