We found this ramen restaurant by pure chance and it didn't disappoint at all! We had the best pork bone ramen! It was so so good, that we are contemplating going back to kumamoto just to have another bowl! The owner was also very friendly and ready to help us immediately when we ordered the wrong thing at the wrong machine (don't get confused by the one outside) We had a very good time here, quality was great, atmosphere was nice and the service very good! Definitely come here for a good...

An amazing ramen restaurant very close to the station. There is no English menu, but there are pictures and the owner is very sweet and will help you out.

A real highlight of my trip! I had a really nice conversation with the owner and the ramen was to die for. Probably the best soft boiled egg...

平日　1130分 前客0　後客6名 名店　黒亭のご近所ながら変わらぬ評判をだされている黒龍紅さん、というか、何て読むのが正しいのかもわからない出張者だがその評判は気になるでしょ、と熊本駅から歩いて訪問。 入口がわかりずらい。 マンション（アパート）のどんつき奥のスペース、道に面した場所には餃子屋さんが煌々と営業されているので、のぼりと暖簾がなかったら見逃してた。 店内入ってみると独特の空気感。真っ昼間だがどことなく夜の賑わい祭りの後みたいな気配がある。それもそのはず、そそる。そそりまくる店内。龜にはいった焼酎が多々陳列され、さらにあまたの酒が置かれていて完全飲むメインモードの面構えだ。卓上には締めのラーメンまでの酒のつまみ流れがかかれたPOPなどもあり、酒好きにはたまらない雰囲気。午後仕事なかったら間違いなくビールからの焼酎コースだったがここはグッと我慢(;´∩｀)食券機はなくおかみさんにオーダーを伝える 龍ラーメン（780円）半チャンセット（270円） 龍ラーメンはピリ辛らしい。厨房の様子を見ながらしばし待つ。後客さんがぞろぞろと入ってきつつ、お一人かと思った店員さんどこからともなく２名追加。賑やかになってきたところで丼着。 おお～トンコツスープの白とマー油の黒のコントラストが美しい。そこにネギの緑と醤の赤が映えている。そっか、ピリ辛なのは所謂辛い系の醤トッピングなんだな。まずはスープから……ん？香ばしい。マー油の香ばしさではなく魚介の香ばしさが舌にひっかかる。その下地には和風出汁のようなしっかりさ。炊かれたトンコツスープの円やかさと甘味に魚介の香ばしさ、まとめて持ち上げる和風出汁、とてもすっきりしている。後味がスッとキレよく今まで食べたことある熊本ラーメンの中でも未体験ゾーンのチューニング。うんま！ 麺も美味い。弾けるプツプツぐあい。細ストレートの伸びやかさに気持ちの良い弾力、麺そのもののお味もちゃんと美味しいから、一口ごとにギアが変わる。どんどん食べたくなる。 大量のネギがまたたまらない。これさらにネギ盛りでほしくなっちゃうな…。 ピリ辛の醤は確かにピリ辛。これは好みかも知れない。このメニューを頼んでおいてなんだけど、スープが美味しいからなるべくそのまま味わいたく、醤はレンゲに1/3毎とりレンゲの上でスープに溶かして別皿スープとして頂いてしまった。初訪問ではスタンダードの方がやはりいいな…。 チャーハンも良かった。米がたっててとてもフレッシュ。ピーマンはいってるのもなんかホッコリしていい。 美味しかった。こういうチューニング、博多トンコツを食べ歩きしていて際に、ふと玄瑛さんで食べた一杯の衝撃ににてるかもなぁと思い出した。それほどに工夫や手間や情熱が味わいとなって現れてる。次回は是非飲みながらで頂きたいなぁ…。ごちそうさまでした。必ずまた伺います。
