SUPER HOTEL Kumamoto-ekimae tennen-onsen — Hotel in Kumamoto

This is the best hotel in Kumamoto I have personally had the pleasure of experiencing. The hotel rooms may not be the biggest, but it’s great value, ecological and practical. The staff is welcoming, friendly, helpful and they are second to none. I believe they are the key to what makes this great hotel into a truly exceptional establisment. Not only does this hotel have great location, great service, and is of great value (and the hotel’s amenities reflect their thoughtfulness), but their efforts in minimizing ecological footprints and in offering things that are organic are what makes this seemingly ordinary hotel into something truly exceptional and standing above the rest. And did I mention this hotel has great amenities? The qualities of my stay in this hotel are just too many to mention. It is truly a pleasure and a real treat to stay in this hotel and we would definitely come back! Thank you very much!!

I must add also the level of dedication of their staff and quality of service of this hotel is in the highest rankings of not just national but probably can easily rank among the five stars hotel in America. Because everyone makes it their mission to make the guests feel truly appreciated....

Location - opposite the Kumamoto station. May not be near the city central, it’s easy for traveller who is carrying large luggage.Cleanliness - it’s really cleanAmenities - you can even choose your pillow type at the counter. It uses password lock instead of card. I really like this idea because the thought of losing the card is quite daunting. The onsen for female is really good. It’s huge enough to fit 4-5 people and it’s opened over the night. 立地：○○○○○ 熊本駅から徒歩圏内の立地です。提携駐車場もあり車でのアクセスもしやすいです。

駐車場：○○○●● 提携駐車場は信号を渡った先の「D-Parking熊本春日2丁目第1」です。ホームページの駐車場案内に提携との表記がないので注意が必要です。 駐車券をフロントに渡せば1日500円で駐車できます。この駐車場自体通常は「12時間」500円なので、フロントで認証してもらわないと時間帯によっては高くなってしまいます。

近隣施設：○○○○● 広い通りを渡った正面に大きなショッピング施設があります。食事もこの中でできます。コンビニは近くにはありません。

部屋：○○○○○ 開業して1週間で宿泊しましたので、もちろんピカピカでした。設備的にも他のスーパーホテルと同様で過ごしやすいです。 照明は明るい方ですので、仕事をするのにも向いていると思います。 2階のファミリールーム(バリアフリールーム)に宿泊しました。 2段ベッドの上側はシーツを自分で敷かなければならないのは少々面倒です。また椅子が1つしかありませんでしたが、もうひとつあった方が便利かと思いました。 この部屋は部屋の湯船も相当広いです。 2階フロアはふた部屋のみで、他は大浴場とランドリー、自動販売機があります。部屋の目の前が大浴場なのでとても便利が良かったです。

インターネット：○○○○○ 各部屋で無料のWi-Fiが使えます。速度も問題ありませんでした。 有線LANケーブルもあります。

フロント：○○○○● スーパーホテル品質の丁寧な接客でした。 チェックアウトはありません。 開業後すぐでしたのでチェックインの際にややまごつきがありましたが、大きな問題はありませんでした。

朝食：○○○○● 馬肉カレーがおいしかったです。 朝食会場は少し狭いと感じました。 ビジネス利用で6時30分の朝イチはかなり混雑しそうです。

宿泊料金：○○○○○ オープン記念価格で相当お安かったです。

その他 大浴場が部屋の目の前でしたので朝晩利用しました。洗い場は4名まで。まあまあの広さです。 コインランドリーは洗濯200円、乾燥機はなんと無料でした。長期滞在には非常に助かります。 エレベータが一つしかないので、朝の混雑時は少しイライラします。低層階でしたら非常階段が使えます。 部屋に各種対応の充電ケーブルがあるのも便利です。 カードキーは無く、レシートに印字された暗証番号で部屋の鍵を開けるスタイルです。 また会員になれば1泊すると500ポイントが付き、1000ポイントからキャッシュバックできるシステムです。
